..because Thursdays need a little love too 😉
Last night was the first FSU men’s basketball exhibition game of the year! We played Rollins College (Winter Park, woop woop!) and won by around 20?, but that was to be expected. It was really great seeing some of the new freshman newbies on the team! There is so much talent there (even though it might take a year or two for them to get used to the ACC!), and I’m so excited to see what the next few seasons have in store! (If you can’t tell, I’m quite the college basketball fan. This will become even more apparent in the next few months.)
Lately I’ve been drooling (not literally, but close) over boys men in the military. No particular branch, just any guy that happens to be wearing a uniform and has a closely shaven head. I think this has something to do with the fact that I’ve watched A Few Good Men, The Guardian, and Top Gun all in the last few days. Someone really needs to take the television away from me. Maybe we can trade for a reality check?! hehe
I feel like my life is going 582209 million miles an hour. I’m trying to keep doing well in my five classes, trying to apply for graduate school, taking time to study for the GMAT, doing my 10 boring required insurance CE credits, working out as much as I can, and throwing in a *life* somewhere in there too. And it’s already November. AH.
Speaking of November, my birthday is a week from today. How the heck did that happen? Guess I’ve been a little preoccupied to think about it. That’s so unlike me!
I also graduate a month and a week from today. That is reeaaalllyyyyy scary.
In the nasally and annoying (sorry, Cher fans) words of Cher, If I could tuuurrnnn baacckkkk ttiiiiimmmeeeeeee.
pretty girl– you should read The Unforgiving Minute. I finished it last night and its about men in uniform. Sexy and informative!
You had me at “informative.” 😉 May I borrow please?
